When we decided to add an additional Bathroom to our downstairs, we were in a quandary as to who we should hire to do the work.
A friend suggested we contact Dave Herlitzke at Property 1, as they had previously hired them.
We contacted Property 1 and Dave was soon at our home. He was great in suggesting ideas, size and different components we should consider in our new bathroom. We were given an estimate and a timeline for completion and we gave Property 1 the go-ahead for the project.
Craig Richards was the project manager and the crew he assembled was outstanding! The work they performed was extremely satisfactory and done in a very professional manner. The job was completed on time and when they had finished, all tools and equipment were picked up and all work areas were very clean.
To put an exclamation on their very fine work, when we were presented the invoice the total was less than estimated! My wife and I would very highly recommend Property 1 to anyone who has some work to be done.

We highly recommend Property1 for any project. Dave and his team are top notch. Before contacting Dave, we had talked with several other landscapers. We were disappointment with how few of them returned our calls or how they failed to provide a bid within a timely matter. That wasn't the case with Dave.
Dave was very attentive and met with us a number of times to come up with a detailed landscaping plan that worked within our budge. He had great suggestions and allowed us to be as hands-on as we wanted. We changed our minds quite a few times and Dave and his team were always very accommodating. I never felt like they were annoyed with our questions or with our indecision about some aspects of the design.
Our project was fairly small compared to other projects Property1 works on, but Dave and his team still made us feel important. They finished our landscaping job in 2 days and did a fantastic job.
We are so pleased with the design, workmanship, and finished product Property 1 provided. In the end, we have a beautiful yard to enjoy. We had people coming from all over the neighborhood telling us how great our landscaping looked. They were also amazed at how fast it was done.
